Today's picture: Udon

Everyone has their favourite food dish. With Japanese food I enjoy udon the most. I enjoy the soup and the chewy noodles.
What I like about Japan, is that each prefecture has a different version of the food. The udon in one area could be thinner and tougher, then the next area could be more salty with the soup.

Most people prefer ramen. Ramen is tasty and I enjoy the ramen in Fukouka (Tonkotsu Ramen yum yum!) but in general, I find ramen's soup a bit salty which is why I prefer udon more.
