Review: Sun and Cloud Digital Camera by SuperHeadz

After using Digital Harinezumi for about a year I’ve decided to find something else. I still can’t get over the contrast from the pictures. I was trying Fujifilm Instax for a few months too but carrying that thing around was a pain and buying film is a bit expensive.

I’m to use to my biscuit camera but I can’t go back to it because the lens is scratched and the business isn’t around anymore, so I’m very sad. After searching around again, I decided to give SuperHeadz a try again with the Sun and Cloud digital camera.

The concept sounded interested because you have 3 ways to charge the camera. You can charge by the sun with the solar panel on top of the camera, USB and winding the arm on the side (hand crank).
The size of the camera is in between the Harinezumi and Fujfilm instax.

It has different modes of pictures your can take, like vivid and black and white. I have shaky hands, so while taking the pictures, it does look a bit blurry in the preview screen. I’m thankful this camera has a preview screen, so it makes it easier to look at the preview.

Back of the camera. Has preview screen.

It’s 3 Megapixel and has ISO of up to 800. You can switch between ISO100 or ISO800.
So far, I’ve noticed when it’s ISO100, the pictures looks really dark once you’ve taken the picture, but on the preview screen the picture is ok looking. While ISO800 is brighter but you can see more noise in the picture. So far, the pictures taken outside has turned out more nicer.

Here’s two example pictures below:

As of November, I’ll start posting pictures from the Sun and Cloud digital camera. I hope you enjoy it! I’m hoping I can settle down with this camera as it’s getting harder to find toy cameras in the market now.
