Weekly Photo: Tempura Prawn Sushi

This is a tempura prawn sushi with cucumber. I don’t think I’ve eating a bad prawn and lucky it always taste so nice.
I wish I could deep fry at home and have similar taste. But when I deep fry at home, it’s always over burnt or the breadcrumbs is not as crispy.
