Weekly Photo: Spring Roll

For the month of August, the theme is food.
It’s nice when you can find a crunchy spring roll with nice filling.
The triage pastry above the spring roll is spring onion pancake. It can be hit and miss depending how it is cooked. The bests ones is when it is flaky and has lots of pastry layers you can pick off the middle.
I tried buying frozen spring onion pancakes, but when I cook it… it is never the same and very thick.
