What do you think this is? Is it an animal? I have been staring at this when I walk past the park. Is it a racoon? But in Australia we don’t have racoons. Could it be an owl? But it looks like there is hair on the side of the head.

This is like going to an art gallery… and everyone has their own opinion of what the art looks like.
