In this lesson, we will focus on commonly use words, stomach pain and head pain.
It is winter in Australia. I always catch the cold or flu and I feel unwell for a few weeks. Do you ge sick often?
Today, we’ll talk about describing illness words. When you talk with someone or with the doctor, you want to describe how you are feeling. That way, you can get the correct medication to help you recover faster.
Commonly use words
We will start with commonly used words when describing illness.
You can use the following examples:
Cough
Fever
Stuffy nose
Runny nose
Vomit
Nausea
Rash
Sore throat
Shortness of breath
Swelling
Hay fever
Stomach pain
