Today’s episode is about: Greetings.

There are two types of greetings: formal and informal.

Formal greetings are used for a professional or business setting, like speaking to someone the first time or to a co-worker.
Informal greeting is for casual setting, like with family and friends.

We will go over the list below:

Formal Greeting:

• Hello

• Good morning

• Good afternoon

• Good evening

• Good night

• How are you?

• How’s everyone? (talking to group of people)

Informal Greeting:

• Hey

• Hi

• Hey guys

• Morning

• What’s up?

• How ya doing?

• G’Day (Australian) “short for Good Day”

• How is it going?

• How are things?

• How’s life?

• Long time no see
