Sakura Kinomoto from Cardcaptor Sakura. 木之本桜 『カードキャプターさくら』 Review

This week's video is about unboxing S.H. Figuarts Sakura Kinomoto from Cardcaptor Sakura.

There were 2 released S.H. Figuarts and Figma. Looking at the stock pictures, Figma costs a little bit more and had more details, like more ruffle on the bottom of the dress/petty coat. I chose S.H. Figuarts because Sakura's wing looked more cute. Sometimes simple is best. This figure doesn't have a flying pose, unlike the Figma version.

It comes with 3 face expressions, different hands, sealing wand and a clow card. Of course it comes with Kero too!

I was really impressed by the box. It has a plastic cover with a cute Sakura picture and at the back is the description with different poses. When you take the cover off, it becomes a clow book. It's nice when the box matches the theme of the figure.

My favorite part is the wings. It flaps in all directions and it's so cute! I'm obsessed with cute wings. I blame CLAMP for the cute wings influence hehe.

With all girl figures, I like looking at their panties. Why? Because this part is always detailed. Some figures has white plain panties, others has striped panties. For Sakura's outfit she's wearing white bloomers.

Overall, you can create lots of cute poses and didn't have any restriction on poses. Although, I wish you can do more with Kero, but I guess having him on the side is better than nothing.
