Char Siu is a barbecued pork. Everyone makes it a bit different. Below's picture was from a Japanese restaurant. The meat was very soft and tasty.
If you get char siu pork from a Chinese BBQ shop, the meat is a bit more tough.
So many ways to cook one meat, yum!
