Today's picture: 1 metre Pizza
It's getting hard to find a nice woodfire pizza place. The dough is either hard or it's nice and soft.
Recently went to a place that had 1 metre pizza. You chose 3 flavours.
Because of dominos and Pizza Hut, I'm use to seeing a pizza with lots of toppings. But when I'm eating Italian pizza, I have to remind myself the toppings is less and simple.
