Today’s picture: Congee at Singapore airport
I’m not the best traveller as I get motion sickness. During the lay over I was at Singapore airport, in the early morning and luckly some of the restuants was open. I went to LeNu Chef Wai's Noodle Bar / Canton Paradise Noodle & Congee. It’s one of the BEST congee I‘ve had. I don’t know if it was because I was still going through my sickness but the congee was nice and creamy, the meat ball was soft and delicious. It’s hard to find a nice congee place that has a nice and creamy texture. The local restaurant around me serves the watery type congee.
