Today’s picture: Fried dumplings
In life, I always feel like I can never do this as good as my mum. Cooking is one of them! When I try and follow the instructions for the dumpling fillings, no matter what, my dumplings always taste weird or dry… and yes mix egg into it. Oh well, try, try again. At least the skin is nice.
I was watching a Japanese cooking show and they were making dumpling/gyoza. They suggested adding in orange jelly in the meat mix. I want to try it next time.
